Platform ACCT is dé wegwijzer voor iedereen die werkt in de culturele en creatieve sector. We bouwen aan een arbeidsmarkt die sterker, eerlijker en toekomstbestendig is. Met de juiste kennis over bijvoorbeeld pensioen en arbeidsongeschiktheid, handige tools en financiële regelingen. Samen met onze partners werken we aan betere afspraken, fair pay en ondersteuning bij leren en groeien. We onderzoeken hoe we ook in de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen kunnen bijdragen aan een sterkere arbeidsmarkt en een professionele en duurzame beroepspraktijk van creative professionals.
[ENG] Platform ACCT is the go-to resource for everyone working in the cultural and creative sector. We are building a labor market that is stronger, fairer, and future-proof, providing the right knowledge—such as information on pensions and disability—along with practical tools and financial schemes. Together with our partners, we work towards better agreements, fair pay, and support for learning and professional growth. We are also exploring how we can contribute to a stronger labor market and a professional, sustainable practice for creative professionals in the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom.
In 2025 kwam een eerste overzeese samenwerking tot stand op Bonaire met Qredits Bonaire met ondersteuning voor scholing en opleiding via de Qredits Qreative Business Academy. Deelnemers die dit traject afronden, krijgen via Platform ACCT 50% van de deelnemerskosten vergoed. Sinds dit jaar doen we dit ook op Curaçao met Qredits Curaçao. Werkenden op alle zes de eilanden kunnen ook een bijdrage aanvragen voor opleiding en training via WerktuigPPO. En organisaties kunnen via Zekere Zaak een bijdrage aanvragen voor het in dienst nemen van zzp’ers.
[ENG] In 2025, an initial overseas partnership was established on Bonaire with Qredits Bonaire for education and training support through the Qredits Qreative Business Academy. Participants who complete this program receive a 50% reimbursement of the participation fee via Platform ACCT. As of this year, we are also offering this on Curaçao in partnership with Qredits Curaçao. Workers on all six islands can already apply for funding for education and training through WerktuigPPO. Meanwhile, organizations can apply for a contribution for hiring self-employed professionals they frequently work with through Zekere Zaak.

Platform ACCT onderzoekt op verzoek van het ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap (OCW) hoe onze dienstverlening op passende wijze kan aansluiten bij de behoeften op de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen. Daarnaast maken we deel uit van een tweemaandelijks overleg om ervoor te zorgen dat alle activiteiten op elkaar afgestemd zijn met OCW en andere samenwerkingspartners: Boekmanstichting, Cultuur + Ondernemen, DEN, Kunsten ’92, Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie, LKCA, Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland, Fonds Podiumkunsten, Nederlands Letterenfonds, Mondriaan Fonds, DutchCulture, Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie en het Nederlands Filmfonds.
[ENG] At the request of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW), Platform ACCT is exploring how our services can effectively meet the needs of the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom. In addition, we participate in a bimonthly consultation to ensure that all activities are aligned with OCW and other partners: Boekman Foundation, Cultuur + Ondernemen, DEN, Kunsten ’92, Creative Industries Fund NL, LKCA, Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland, Performing Arts Fund NL, Dutch Foundation for Literature, Mondriaan Fund, DutchCulture, Fund for Cultural Participatio, and the Netherlands Film Fund.
